Change, uncertainty: all elements about running a business do change. Or do not change this month yet.

Big companies are the winners in the post-covid period; all the dirt-cheap money flowing into the market stimulates expansion and profitability by scale.

And now there is a scarcity of all kinds of resources and more regulatory limitations on ESG, it is important to make profound choices again. Strategic decisions, decisions for the long-term impact, are made from the core, the culture of your company.

Questions do help to get the right focus, for example:

Good relationships with core clients are the best way to explore new business models, follow changing needs of those clients and utilize existing trust in those relationships to be open and caring.

I am a great fan of account-based marketing efforts: keep it personal and show genuine empathy to your clients. They will reward you money-wise and give most joy in your company.
